The Yahoo Messenger Web availability settings include:
- Available
- Busy
- Stepped Out - for extended unavailability
- Be Right Back - for brief unavailability
- Not at My Desk
- On the Phone
- Invisible - appear offline despite being available to chat
- Custom Message Setting - create your own away messages
To set your availability, click on the availability drop-down menu and click on the appropriate option. Users who select "Custom Message" will be prompted to enter their own away message text. Click "Enter" to set the message as your availability.
