With our second annual reader's survey, the stakes are even higher as we added two new categories and received more than 650 nominations by About.com readers.
This year's categories include Best IM Chat Rooms and Best IM (GUI) Design of the Year, Best IM Experience Overall, Best Third-Party/Independent IM, Best Mac IM, Most Improved IM, Best IM Feature and IM Developer(s) of the Year.
