After successfully completing the Google Talk download and installation process, users should sign in to Google Talk to experience their new IM client.
Launching Google Talk. Locate the Google Talk desktop icon or application link in the Start menu on your PC. Google Talk will launch on the desktop.
Enter your Google Talk username and password, then press "Sign In."
