First, navigate your web browser to the Google Audio/Video Chat plugin website. Once the page has loaded, click the button titled “Install Voice and Video Chat.”

Instructions for Windows Explorer Users
- After launching the installation window from the Gmail Audio/Video plugin website, click “Run” or “Open.” If an installation window does not appear, a link via the plugin website will re-prompt the installation window. If the window still fails to appear, you may need to ensure any pop-up blocker is turned off or disabled for the Gmail Audi/Video plugin website.
