Once the AIM client has been installed, users have the option of choosing to add additional features that supplement the total AOL Instant Messenger experience.
These features include:
- pointing browser home pages to AOL.com
- AOL Toolbar featuring AOL Search capabilities
- QQ Games, allowing AIM users to challenge friends to IM-based games
- and AIM Tunes, allowing music streams to be shared between friends.
Selecting these features is completely optional and can be installed by clicking the radio box next to each item desired, then clicking "Continue."
