How can I prevent incoming Yahoo! Messenger [PC-to-PC calls] from coming in? I keep my Yahoo! open during work and have friends constantly send these call requests during office hours. The bad news is I can't turn down my volume because I'll miss my Outlook ping for new email. Please help! -- Jamie Cult, Portsmouth, VA
